When will my pre-order item arrive?
Items are On Pre-Order Will Ship Once Available.
Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date.
Delivery estimate: 1-2 weeks
When do I have to pay?
You can pay either when you placed the pre-order or when you receive it.

Can I cancel a pre-order?
Cancelling an order is possible as long as the merchandise has not yet entered the packaging or shipment phases.
When you place your pre-order through the C-THROU e- shop (www.c-throu.com) you have the option to cancel your order on the same day you placed it.
If you have completed the online pre-order but not yet shipped the product, please call +30 210.2587016 and a partner will take the cancellation of your pre-order.
